Swissmilk’s Mini-Doc series of top athletes is not only a moving life, but above all a life full of movement. “Life in Motion” portrays various sports with athletes from the different regions of Switzerland. The protagonists are portrayed close and personal, giving them an insight into their way of thinking and how they deal with pressure, success and defeat. They talk about how they came to their sport, how they train, keep fit and what kind of nutrition helps them to become their best version of themselves.
